We're looking for a Junior Marketing Operations Specialist to become the go-to support for our media buyers and the coordination point between marketing, creatives, and technical tools.
You’ll work hands-on with everything from campaign setup and tracking to managing creatives and supporting media buying workflows. This is a great opportunity if you're aiming to become a media buyer yourself in the near future.
Support media buyers with campaign setup, tracking links, and reporting
Coordinate with freelance designers and copywriters to prepare ad creatives and advertorials
Help manage tracking tools like Hyros, Voluum, and landing page platforms
Keep campaign assets and documentation organized: offers, landing pages, creatives, testing plans
Assist with onboarding new media buyers: access setup, platform training, sharing what’s working
Make sure campaigns run smoothly by collaborating across teams
Salary: €1800–€2200 gross/month
