What We're Looking For

We're on the hunt for a Project Manager to lead our Video Sales Letter (VSL) initiatives. This isn’t your typical PM gig. You'll be the force connecting creative, development, and performance — ensuring our VSL campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and at scale.

You'll collaborate with: Scriptwriters who know how to hook, hold, and sell Video editors who bring narratives to life with clarity and emotional punch; Designers & Developers crafting sleek landing pages; Media buyers & marketplaces like ClickBank, BuyGoods, and Digistore; External vendors to unlock opportunities and partnerships.

This role blends project leadership with a hint of business development — perfect for someone who knows how to manage timelines and relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Leading the entire VSL project lifecycle — from concept to campaign launch

Managing timelines, deliverables, and internal/external communications

Coordinating with video editors to ensure engaging and high-converting VSLs

Aligning design, development, and copy teams around performance goals

Overseeing QA, page builds, and marketplace compliance

Building relationships with 3rd-party vendors and negotiating partnerships

Hybrid setup: 3 days at our sunny Vilnius city center office, 2 days remote

Apple equipment

Salary: €2000–€3500 gross, depending on experience
